Yes, I will take advantage of my full membership to ask for help with my game. Over the past few
years I have contacted about every forum on the internet (including Tom's) for help with only a few replies not connected to the problem.

I have the Logitech Momo racing wheel which I purchased at least 10+ years ago.
I have the original NasCar disk, but thought it might be the problem and purchased another this month.
I have it set up on a Macmini ) 10.3 and also a Macmini 10.4. that are as old as the momo wheel.
If I play the game using the key board with both Mac's it works fine.
When I use the Momo wheel and pedals the wheel lights up and and responds. Sound is good. I get the game on my monitor. I click on the
configuration button. The axis screen appears. For some reason??
X axis responds with "X"axis or "Logitech racing pedal set" (no response ever on inquiry to Logitech)
Y axis the same response. as X. ( I can never get a Y response.)
XY The same
What do I want to know? I am pushing 80 are my racing days over? Never received directions for the wheel, have no idea what the buttons are for. Always raced in automatic drive. If it appears that age has moved in and the wheel or pedals are beyond repair, that's is all I would like to know or is there a solution..(My wife says NO to a new one)
Some where out cyber space there is a Nascar 2003 driver with the answers. Please.
Thank you for your time and look forward to your emails.

Solution
That wheel has never had Mac drivers from Logitech, but OS X 10.2.3 to 10.6 included Immersion drivers for the force feedback and it's possible to copy the kext file from those into the extensions folder of at least 10.7 and 10.8.
Support is only whatever Apple baked into the OS as a standard USB device.
