NAT Type Strict

Hey guys! So, i've been having problems with my NAT Type being strict on GTA V and The Crew, so i called my internet provider "MEO" and they did everything they could, still, nothing worked and i gave up... Today i came to my grandmothers home and connected to the internet and it still shows me that the NAT Type is strict, so im starting to wonder if it could be my computer to be making the NAT Type strict...
