Native resolution changed itself

Hi, I was playing on my ps4 when my computer decided to change its resolution. It used to be 1600x900 but it decided that it wanted 1024x768 and it made it its native resolution. Now when I change it back to 1600x900, it's too big. I have tried to reboot my computer, I have re installed my GPU drivers, I don't know what I could do more.

Please help me.

Edit: My games still run at 1600x900 without problems, weird.
Edit2: I have 2 nvidia GTX 550 ti

amd control center scaling make sure its 1600x900 and make it fit it happened to me once

Naitve resolution came back after a unplugged everything and removed teh dust from my computer
