NavSmart won't go away

hi, I'm having this "navsmart.info" appear on my startup page on my chrome browser every time I open chrome even though it's not supposed to be there. btw I'm using windows 10. I've tried everything, reset my browser's settings, removed it from the search engines, removed all suspicious programs I may have installed recently, even made a full scan on the anti-malware that I have and still nothing. How do I get rid of this as this is definitely annoying. Thanks!

Have you checked your browser extensions?

My process for problems like this is

1) remove any unwanted extensions/programs that are installed in the browser and on the computer
2) run a full scan using malwarebytes
3) quarantine and delete any malware

your awesome buddy! installed malwarebytes and ran a full scan and quarantined the little sucker. Everything's good! Thanks for your help guys!
