NB, cpu and ram overheating

Specs:
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-P31-ES3G
CPU: Intel Xeon E5472
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 260
RAM: Kingston kvr800d2n6/2g -1pc
PSU: CHIFTEC GPS-450AA-101A 450W
HDD: Seagate BarraCuda ES.2 ST3250310NS
Resolution: 1366x768
CPU cooling: 6pipe 1500rpm 1fan

When I surf on net temps are:
Core 0: 72
Core 1: 63
Core 2: 52
Core 3: 47
GPU: 48
When playing games like lol or paladins on low settings for 20-30 minutes blue screen appears and windows shutdown, but lately nothing appears windows just shutdown
Also I did not touch anything in bios so my CPU runs at 1333FBS and ram runs at 400MHz

Looks like the CPU cooler has worked loose, the core temperatures are all over the place.
