Hey there,

First of all, ty for taking some time to read this.

My problem is that i'm having high FPS in nearly every game but yet the games still look super choppy/jittery on my monitor.
I've tried multiple Benchmarks already which all scored as high as my Build should.
The weird thing about this is that when i try to stream games to twitch using OBS. They're looking perfectly fine for my viewers but yet ever worse on my screen. We're talking about 70-120 FPS here depending on what game's being played.

The Games i usually play are:

  • APB: Reloaded [worst]
    CS:GO [fine]
    Battlefield 3 [okayish]
    Evolve beta [horrible]
    H1z1 [horrible]
    DayZ [medium]
    Arma 3 [medium]

I've just wrote how i experience performance in each game withing the [].

My Build is:

  • Cpu: i7 4790k @ 4.7Ghz [Idle: ~25°C, Usage: 50-60°C]
    Cpu Cooler: Corsair hydro series h80i
    GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970 G1 Gaming
    Motherboard: Gigabyte Z97 D3H
    RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury 8GB @ 1866MHz
    SSD: Samsung 840 120Gb
    HDD: Hitachi 2TB x2, Seagate 2TB
    Monitor: Monitor: Acer Predator GN246HLBbid @ 1080p @ 144hz
    OS: Win 8.1 64Bit

And here are some screenshots of test i got recommended to do so far.

Thanks in advance for any answers and sorry for my bad english.

DPC Latency Checker does not work with Windows 8 or 8.1. It reports incorrect values.

What do your temperatures look like?

What are the values for GPU and CPU usage in your games?

Have you tried your games both with VSYNC turned on and then off?

Is your memory running at the correct voltage for your CPU? Some RAM modules require higher voltage to reach the advertised speeds on the package.

Have you tried to play your games without overclocking? Your overclock may not be as stable as you think.

[strike]I'm kinda curious right now.
Speccy just told me that about my ram: 8,00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 933MHz (10-11-10-30). Isn't it meant to be 1866 ?[/strike] nevermind

Temps are all fine. I used to keep having an eye on them.
GPU used to be 70-max% while cpu mostly isn't used too much.
Tried around with Vsync but doesn't realy change anything.
Never tried around with the ram voltage. What would i need for that ?
Aaaaand yes, tried it without the OC. Same result.

Here you can see what i'm talking about tho. Looks super fine on the stream but not for me. http://www.twitch.tv/itazuraa/b/612537647

Could you get a screenshot of the issue, also what is the max refresh rate of your monitor? Also, are you using DVI,VGA,HDMI, or display port?

Have you ever noticed this issue with a previous build but the same monitor?

It's always been there.
I changed nearly all my components to get rid of it.

Gtx 560 -> Gtx 770
Amd fx8150 -> i7 4770k
Crucial ballistix Sport -> Kingston hyperx fury
SanDisk SSD -> SAMSUNG 840 EVO
Gtx 770 -> Gtx 970

Yet still having the same problem. The only thing i kept is my PSU and my Case.

About your problem, try a different monitor first. With your setup, you should not be facing any problems at 1080p.
If it is not the monitor, you can try to fix the situation by disabling certain features or lowering overall details, AA, disabling vsync, physx etc. Try to mix and match.
Also is your ram in dual channel mode? Some games stutter with single channel RAMs in high details.
Lastly, if nothing helps try some combos from nvidia control panel. Set it to single display performance mode and lower all the settings to minimum. Then, increase them one by one to find out the culprit.
Lastly, are you using the latest drivers from nvidia? If not, update the drivers.

What does your internet speed look like, all of the games you have reported seems to be high multiplayer games. Have you noticed this issue on single player games?

Try a speed test with ping and latency and speed.

Your internet test seem to be great. Probably not the issue then.

Two things that I've noticed while gaming. I have very sensitive eyes that FPS jumps bother me.

Try locking your FPS down to 60FPS and set your monitor to only refresh at 60hz and test w/ VSYNC on.
