1080p and around 24 inches. Doesn't have to be exact.

4. What refresh rate do you want? (ex. 60 hz , 70 hz.)

Any, but I believe 60hz is enough for console gaming

Under $200

I would also prefer built in speakers but they aren't necessary. I just need a monitor with a super fast response time for gaming that will last.
