Need a $700 build plus OS

I am looking for a good $700 build that may be able to play next gen games at 720p monitor on medium/high/ultra settings. I am getting off console, and I have about $750 to get a PC. I have the monitor, keyboard, and mouse. But I need the PC itself and an OS. I cant spend more than $730 on the build, because I am using the last $20 for any shipping costs. So I need the system, and the OS for around $730. Thanks!

I'd say get a 1080p monitor as well. Doesn't matter what you have under the hood, you display it all on your monitor.

That's ~$740. I'd say ditch your current monitor for a few bucks and use that for the extra costs.
