Need a bit of help with my win 7

i have a new laptop with win 7 home premium, i hate the mouse feature that makes it so when you hold ur mouse over something it automaticly clicks after a couple seconds, how do i change this? just this i like to be able to tap click with the mouse tho.

go to folder options, set mouse to double click mode.
