Need a budget LGA1150 Motherboard

I need a budget motherboard to pair with a Intel i3-4130 processor and XFX R 7770 1GB graphic card.
I may overclock my GPU at times when needed. I also need a 3.0 usb slot.
Please suggest me a mobo and my budget is really tight at the moment.

India and i want as low as possible which can overclock my GPU but lets say around Rs. 5000 . Does ASROCK H81M-HDS have overclock feature ??

Arre Sidharth, go and ask some computer shop guy. They have cheap motherboards. I asked a guy in my area for an LGA1155 motherboard and he gave me an epic one for Rs. 3500 (Not used, it's a Gigabyte H61M-S1). Your processor isn't unlocked so you shouldn't bother about motherboards which are good at overclocking.

It isn't the question of OCing feature, it's the question of how good the chipset allows the CPU/GPU to OC. Certain chipsets don't OC much and some OC better. If you want to spend 5000 then don't look at such minor issues, just focus on getting a good LGA1150 motherboard which fits your requirements.

See if u want to overclock the GPU that's a problem of the GPU itself, not the motherboard. But if u want to overclock the CPU , then u won't get a good motherboard at that budget

one of my friend recommended ASRock thats y i choose this mobo -

Go ahead. However, due to the limited RAM slots, upgradeability may suffer

If u have a GPU u are not going to use the mobo video ports anyway. u are going to use the GPU ports

HDMI and DVI-D are both digital signals.

HDMI and DVI are both digital. HDMI also transfers audio which is pretty useless on a PC unless you have inbuilt speakers on your monitor.

I am going for Gigabyte GA-H81M-S2PV motherboard because as chimera201 said gigabyte is technically better than other boards. Thank you everyone for ur expert advice it really helped me alot.
