Need a build to stream games on twitch.

Hello y'all, I've been saving up money now for a new PC,except this time I want to try something new. I want this PC to be able to stream games on twitch, I play mostly WoW,CSGO,LoL, Battlefield etc... I'm not that great with hardware and my budget is around 1000 bucks. If you guys can help me out and give me a build I would really appreciate it.
I went on xidax and made this but my friend says It won't cut it.

That prebuilt is spending around 300 on the labor to build it FYI.

It's really not that hard to build your system and turn the labor costs of buying a prebuilt into huge performance gains.
