Need a good budget CPU cooler

So I need a good CPU cooler for my old ass Q8400, because I want to overclock it more. I'm currently running a stock cooler and unfortunately I just barely can't fit the CM 212 evo. 14 cm is the max height I would go with because my case is kinda small.

Yeah I would love to fit it but that means I would probably have to make some holes at my transparent side panel.

Thanks for your reply. I have had already checked these threads. The thing is that there's some room for a tower cooler and I don't think these extra low profile coolers would do as good as bigger one's.

Around the same as CM Hyper 212 evo. Can't see to find that noctua either...
