Depends... A 1060 or Rx 580 would be a good choice for ultra @ 1080p 60fps. Also 16000 in what currency?

The gtx 1060 6gb is the best GPU you can get in that price range.

No the 1060 is good no doubt but the RX 580 a wolf in sheeps clothing and is priced right Lehan123456789 is right

The RX 580 > GTX 1060 6GB by around 3-4% on average. However i'm assuming by the 16,000 that this is Indian Rupees? If so, Radeon cards are very overpriced there and you'd be best off grabbing a GTX 1060 6GB in that budget since for some odd reason they are priced the same as an RX 570 over there. Even then, the cheapest GTX 1060 6GB is only just on 16,000 in India, link below.
