hello i want to build my first pc... but i really dont know what mobo will fit on what case or what gpu will fit on what case.

my budget is 700$ (including windows 7)
i dont want a amd procceser and im looking into a i7
and a msi amd r9 270 gpu but maybe also a gtx 750 ti instead.
it doesent need fancy colors or anything that will cost me alot just something that will wreck dayz and battle fields ass really...

so bassicly 700$ budget with windows 7 included
i7 preferrably or i5 if i can some a few dozens dollas

thanks

EDIT!!!!:
im going with the i5 4660 and gtx 750 ti
i need the rest of what i should get now

$700 for an i7 based build is alot to ask since only the cpu will be almost half your budget. You might get lucky on an i7 combo deal somewhere, but you can also consider a Xeon, which is basically the same but lower clocked (4 cores with Hyperthreading making it 8 cores). It is still a cheap build, but it will perform nicely:
