Need a good socket 754 m/board for overclocking.

Decided that i'm going to update my graphics card to a Gefore 6800xt.

Also going to upgrade to a 64bit athlon. Can anyone recommend a good motherboard for overclocking capabilities?

Probably looking at a 3200+ cpu intially with a view to replacing this once the high end cpus come down in price.
