Need a Monitor Recommendation

Hello,

I've decided to upgrade to a 4K monitor, and I'm looking for something like this:

60Hz (not 144)
4K
Speakers
IPS
HDMI, DVI, DisplayPort
(G-Sync would be nice too, but it's not a must have)

UPDATE: Price range is $500 or less

Any ideas?

I think I have it narrowed down to these 2. By the way I have a GTX 1080 so I was hoping to get one with G-Sync, but with 4K monitors it seems like FreeSync is much more prevalent.
