Need a motherboard that supports my GPU

I currently use a Foxconn H61MXE Motherboard with i3 2120 3.3 Ghz with a 9500GT and I bought a Gtx 1050ti for upgrading my gpu and my motherboard doesnt support the gpu. So now I need a latest 1155 Socket Mobo that can support my gpu and my processor at the same time. Please suggest me good and latest Motherboards

First - try updating BIOS of your board to latest and see, if that fixes compatibility with gtx 1050ti.

I have a legacy bios and there is a risk to it right?

Yes - there is risk to brick the motherboard, if you interrupt power during flash process.

How do I update bios

Download from Foxconn support site latest BIOS version.
Use included HP USB format tool and provided DOS system files to create DOS bootable USB flash drive.
Copy SYSBIOS and MEBIOS folders to USB
Boot from USB flash drive and use included bat files in SYSBIOS and MEBIOS folders to launch BIOS update and ME BIOS update.
