Need a Motherboard to Complete my Build

Hi,

Looking for suggestions on a motherboard that suits my build so far. All below items are already purchased:-

I5 2500
Coolermaster Storm Enforcer case ( With an additional 200mm fan installed )
SAPPHIRE 6950 2GB TOXIC Edition ( Switched to 6970 )
G.SKILL RIPJAWS (2x4gb) DDR3 1600 Mhz [F3-12800CL9D-8GBR]
OCZ Agility 3 - 2.5" 60GB SSD SATA III (Boot Drive / Primary programs )
Western Digital WD 2TB Caviar Black SATA 3 ( Programs/Games)
Seagate Barracuda Green 2TB 5900rpm Sata 3 ( Storage Drive )
Antec Eco 520w PSU

The motherboard will have to support usb 3.0 headers as the case has two at the front.

Budget is up to $150, although less is better

And would people suggest a p67 or z68 board? I won't be overclocking anything.
