Need a new cpu, and maybe a motherboard

Built my own computer, am ok with switching brand parts. Want high performance pore core, does not have to be another 6 core. AM3 socket motherboard

CPU AMD Phenom II X6 1090T (to be changed due to damage)

Memory DDR3 size 8192 mb. dram freq 669. < not sure if this is the next one to

Graphics Nvidia Geforce GTX 570 size 1279.

Sorry was trying not to write to much, cpu budget for current motherboard is about 80-90. if I can get a fairly major improvement by updating mother board so I can fit a m3+ cpu probably 300-500. I am leaning towards getting the CPU ghz equivalent replacement for now
