Need a new CPU

Hello i have a Dell Optiplex 740 with the following

AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 5000+ 2.60 ghz
280w psu
8gb Ram
Nvidia Geforce GT 730
And a 500gb hardrive

I would like to upgrade to a better processor

As far as I know the best processor you can upgrade to is x4 9600b.
