Need a new gaming pc (part 2)

I already started this post(Need a new gaming pc) but for some reason(probably because I was away for a long time) it says 'solved'.
So I am starting this all over again with some changes.
Budget - 55000 Indian rupees
Need - everything (monitor,cabinet,ram;EVERYTHING) except...
Dont need -Keyboard and mouse and hdd.

That is quite a tight budget considering you want a monitor/desk. 1080p monitors are usually 6,200 rupees at the cheapest.
