Need a New X99 Motherboard

My OG X99-Deluxe appears to have kicked the bucket this morning, and I am in need of a new board. I've had two failed Asus boards now, but am in no way counting them out as I do like their products. The board needs to be ATX to fit inside the H440 and must support 3 graphics cards. My theme is black and green, but do appreciate the contrast that the white shielding provided. I need support for a PCIe M.2 SSD and RAID0, and enough PWM fan headers for a minimum of 4 fans but ideally 10. I'm looking for at least one USB-C/Thunderbolt 3 connectors and would appreciate another QR code display. The new "reinforced" PCIe slots would be a bonus; whether or not they actually make a difference.

The two boards I'm looking at are the Asus X99 Deluxe II and the MSI Gaming Pro Carbon, though the Asus Strix is a close second.
