Need a place to find a server with specific specs.

I currently have a school project for a networking class, and I need to find a server with some specific specs. I don't quite know where to look, as I've checked dell and HP without much luck. I need a Windows 2016 server with a 8 core xeon with at least 3.3 ghz, 128 gb ram, 1TB hot swappable raid (with controller), a redudnant power supply and an LTO tape drive. Anyone know where I can find a server coming close to those specs? I've mostly only dealt with PC's so I'm not too familiar with this area.

Add IBM/Lenovo to your search list. In all cases, look at their "Business" section, not "consumer/SMB"

i may be wrong but Windows Server 2016 is still in the technical preview stage, so you are not going to be able to buy it preinstalled on a server.
