Question Need a portable audio player!

Not sure if this is the best thread for this, I am looking for a simple portable audio player for playing audio books, podcasts etc. These are some that I have seen on amazon:

I am not sure, are these suited for my purpose, or are they designed only for playing songs? Thanks

You also can install an audio book player on your smartphone, it's more convenient.
