A quality 450w should be enough, but I'd go for 500-550w just to be safe. You can check out a psu tier like this go get an idea.

With a 550 watt psu u will be fine atm but i d reccomend to get a 650 or a 750 in case u want to upgrade ur cpu or u gpu. Go for Corsair, Be quiet,evga, seasonic read ppl reviews and do some online seach.Corsair RM750x, be quiet straight power 11 650w 80plus gold is good options.

As a standalone opinion? There are certainly worse PSUs out there.

Are there better options? Yes, of course

Are the better options within your budget? That's for you to decide.

Will it run the components you've listed? Yes.
