Was looking at the manual it say's
ATX Power 12v , 2.0
24-pin
EATXPWR , 8-pin
EATX 12v
So I guess I'm looking for a ATX 12v w/ 24-pin + 8 power supply {is this correct}?
I would like to get a 80 Plus GOLD PSU, 750W or better any idea on a good PSU thanks!

MSI is a good and reliable brand. You can overclock it 100mhz+ on stock voltage alone. Both of my 290's overclock 150mhz+ on stock voltage.

Will I was going to get a brand new MSI R9 280 but saw a lightly use MSI R9 280X on Ebay for best offer and I won it,
He said { "Used it for a month for a computer we built for students. Haven't been used. In Mint Condition. Mint condition but used. We used this GPU to build gaming computer for college kids but were never sold. So basically they are MINT.
If you want something almost new at a big discounted price. This is it! My loss is your gain.” }
I just hope I don't regret it later in buying this.

You never know, what people say is true or not. You already bought it so might as well give it a try.

Will it be OK to use my MSI R9 280X that I just pick up on my old M3N78-VM board ?
this site gave it a 4.5 rating.
It will be just until I get new memory and mother board and a FX CPU as soon as I can , I already got a new PSU Super Nova 850w that will handle the GPU?

WoW I just got my video card the dam thing is big! Should had my PSU Fri but the weather her in MA I will be getting it later today , then I can install it and see what it's like. The card came with every in the original box power cables 8 pin-6 pin , molex Y splitter,DVI,crossfire , drive disk and manual .

Big? You should see a 290 or 290X or 980. These are big cards 😛
It should have came with all of its little accessories. You might need em at some point.

I got it to work ! ya , With the new PSU and GPU I need a wider case {next week} my case now is only 7" 1/4 wide I need a 8" or more I have cable and cpu cooler sticking out a little I have to have my side panel off. It looks a lot better than my on-board gpu.

Test some games out!
Some good cases that aren't expensive are: Corsair 200R // Corsair Spec-01 // Thermaltake V3 // Thermaltake Versa H35 // Rosewill R5 // Rosewill Stealth //

I in up getting G Skills Sniper

DDR3 1866 (PC3 14900)
Timing 9-10-9-28
Cas Latency 9
Voltage 1.5V

So now I got is a Super Nova 850w PSU
MSI R9 280x 3GB and 16GB {2x8} G. Skills Sniper memory
The only I'm having trouble is deciding on a Asus Sabartooth R2.0 or the M5A99FX, both are stable boards, and ready for Win 8 and run the new FX chips. I know nothing about OC but would like to learn how to tweak my system a little.

Both mobos are really good overclockers, both are pretty nice.
I say go for M5A99FX, you'll save tons of money and I am pretty sure you'll get about the same overclock out of it like you would from Sabertooth.
Sabertooth is a fancy board but it's expensive and IMO it's not worth the price (at least not on AM3+ socket). It's a great board if you're going to use 3 GPUs in Crossfire or SLI.
You can still SLI or Crossfire with M5A99FX.
ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0 - $115
ASUS SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.0 - $180

I am only going to use 1 GPU , I just wanted to make sure witch board I get will be compatible
with any new AMD+3 chip that will come out. Now is it best to get 32GB or stay with 16GB , beside
my son playing games I might find one to use with this system, back in the days when I had a 586 system
I use to play a lot of fly sim's and Ghost Recon when it was on pc only.

They are both compatible. M5A99X is a very nice board, go for it. 16GB for gaming is an overkill. All you really need for gaming today is 8GB. I hope you'll be doing some video editing/rendering, using photoshop to get a hold of more then 8GB of usage 😛

With ddr4 ram out now, it's extremely doubtful that AMD will add any new processors to the am3+ line. Their most recent developments have been geared towards the APU's and a retrofit of the 8320 and 8370 fx Cpus to a 95w 'E' version that is more compatible with older chipsets like 970 and 760g. As it stands, the fx9590 is the fastest stock fx am3+ processor, but even that remains a duplicate of the 8320, an exact duplicate that happens to be factory over clocked and requires the absolute top of the line 990fx boards with over 200w capability (think there is just 5 or 6 atm) so in a nutshell, if you have an fx8320, 8350, 8370 (still just all versions of the 8320) you have maxed out potential on am3+, the only thing different with all the fx 8core is factory set speed, which can be changed with some OC and a little luck.

With ddr4, if AMD has any desire to stay in the gaming pc competition, they'll need a new platform, or any decent gaming pc will have to be Intel, no ifs, no ands, and most definitely no butts.

AMD CPUs are pointless right now, they're old and outdated. Intel has had the lead for a while now, there's no competition.

Witch of the M5A99X EVO R2.0 or the M5A99FX Pro R2.0 is the newer Mother Board are they the same , {I will only be using 1 GPU} one better than the other? So far I got DDR3 1866 16GB, I just order a SATAIII 6GB 1 Ter Drive and the MSI R9 280x and the Super Nova 850.

Will the M5A99FX Pro R2.0 and the Sabartooth R2.0 handle the FX-9590,FX-9370 220w chip?
I will probably just stay with the FX-8370 125w chip or if I find out the difference of the FX-8370E 95w chip?

Operating Frequency:
FX-8370 4.0GHz (4.3GHz Turbo)
FX-8370E 3.3GHz (4.3GHz Turbo)
Witch would be the better buy?

The 8350, 8370, 9370 and 9590 have 1 thing in common. They are ALL fx8320's. Factory over clocked. That's it. The only difference in any of those cpus is the speed. There are no guarantees that an 8320 will OC to 8350 stock speeds, and no guarantees an 8350 will OC to 9590 speeds, but there is really no OC at all on a 9590, its basically maxed. But then again there is no guarantee that you can't OC any of the above to 5.0 GHz

Difference between E and standard? The wattage. Being lower wattage and a revamped design, you'd think it would be better. And it is in certain respects, but in others, like OC it isn't. Beyond certain limits, it goes down hill fast. Not sure what the 8370 is, but for the 8320E it's 4.2GHz. It's basically an Eco model that fits on a broader range of boards like the 95w limited 760G chipsets.

Honestly, 8320,8350,8370 is all the same, 9370,9590 absolutely not worth either the price or the heat related headaches.
