Need a quiet PSU for r9 290

Hi. I'm interested in buying a new power supply for my system. Currently I'm using an r9 290 + fx 8350.

Right now I'm using an XFX Proseries 850w bronze certified psu. The problem is that it's extremely loud under load. (The actual fan spinning is making noise). It's way louder than all the other components in my system and I have no idea why. I can hear it clearly all the time no matter what I'm using my PC for.

So what I'm looking for is a quiet psu to make my pc silent overall. I don't want to pay more than I need but I also want something thats of good quality.
