I'm building my first gaming pc and have everything ready but not the psu. I do not plan on overclocking right now, probably some time in the near future but not now. I understand i'll have to get a better cpu cooler because i'll be using the stock one comes with cpu.

My parts -
i5 - 4690k 3.5ghz
evga gtx 970
8gb ram kingston hyper furyx ddr3
msi z97 pc mate lga1150 motherboard
corsair 200r case
1tb wd hard drive
optical drive
tp link wifi adapter

Solution
(before answering your question, I just want to side note you that you are getting all old parts. I5-4690K, DDR3 memory, GTX 970, Z97 motherboards... all old. Also, you probably will want an SSD.)
