Need a rough estimate

I have a roughly 5 year old gaming pc with a current gpu and have a 2 part question
1) should I sell this off and use the money to build a new pc to be future proof and if so, how much do you think I should sell it for? (canadian dollars)

2) Is this pc still good for maybe 5 more years if I upgrade just the gpu

System specs:
motherboard: asus p8z 77v-lx
cpu: intel i5 3570k 3.40ghz
ram: 16 gigs 1600 ddr3 corsair vengeance ram
psu: evga supenova 650g2
hard drive: western digital 1tb hd
gpu: evga gtx 1060 single fan 6gb vram sc edition
cpu cooler: hyper 212 evo

I would sell it for about 500. I would upgrade the CPU next to an i7 if anything. You build should still be good for another 2-3 years without upgrading

I would either oc that i5 or upgrade to an i7 and oc that.

I was considering the selling route but $500 is a little low for canadian dollars no? the power supply was $180 and the gtx 1060 $380 here. Thats already $560

Yes but that was when you bought it new. That is just what I am suggesting. 500-600
