Need a used laptop for browsing internet and using office mostly, what do you suggest?

My parents want to switch their very old laptop with a newer one that can do browsing and can run office smooth on windows 10. They don't care if it's new or old as long as it's not too expansive just for doing that. What is a good cheap laptop that can run windows 10 smooth while browsing the internet and using microsoft office? I'm a desktop guy, i know nothing of laptop sadly.
