Hello, I want to build mini itx system, should be fine for my college work (Software Engineering), and streaming (4k if possible), don't need gaming right now can buy the GPU later, A$750 budget more or less
(will this system support ubuntu?)
I don't know anything about cooling, is this enough?

*i5 6400 just as good as the 6500, the difference is minimal/not noticeable.
*slightly cheaper motherboard with same features
*1 stick of 8gb ram, this way you can add on another 8 gb later if needed, without having to replace all the ram since you only have two slots of ram
*SSD and 2tb 7200 rpm harddrive, for much faster boot/loading times and harddisk performance
*slightly cheaper PSU, but still an excellent one.

Thank you for your response,
Maybe I prefer to stick with Gigabyte GA-B150N Phoenix-WIFI Mini ITX LGA1151, is it okay? I like the LED pulse
