need advice foe a 3d monitor

my gpu is 7970 ghz edition, can anyone suggest a good 3d monitor for this gpu for gaming and movies.
i've looked up some monitors like sa950d but it is good for 2d, 3d isn't that good.
i've heard about the nvidia 3d vision it seemed nice but will it support 7970 or do i have to get a nvidia gpu?

Your 7970 should be fine to do 3D, but just not on all 3 monitors. I like ASUS's monitors. So I would look at them. Go to their website, and you can filter it down to what you want.
