Need advice for my first build

This is my first PC build and I need some advice on whether my components are suitable. I will over clock a little bit but I will be using the stock cooler.

I plan on playing some lighter games, not COD, or battlefield or anything like that.
The games I plan on playing are
-Fortnite
-Skyrim
-Batman: Arkham asylum
-CS:GO
-Civilization V

I have designed this build so I can upgrade it easily. I already have a copy of windows and a monitor so that is not included in the costs
The specs are:

Case:
Deepcool Frame (https://bit.ly/2PkA4NP)
Power supply: SilverStone ST40F-ES230 (https://bit.ly/2MyQnFL)
CPU: AMD A8-9600 APU (https://bit.ly/2OWD3wp) with stock cooler
Motherboard: ASUS Prime B350M-A (https://bit.ly/2vTOX1q)
RAM:Team T-Force Vulcan 2400MHz 4GB (https://bit.ly/2vwYDQ4)
Storage: A WD hard drive from another PC
GPU: The radeon r7 integrated graphics from the APU
Case fans:Silverstone FN121-P RL X2 (https://bit.ly/2NzVeHj)

I will also buy a fan splitter for the case fans because the Motherboard only has one fan header

My budget is $400 AUD(+/- $15)
I plan to add a discrete graphics card later once I save enough money, probably an RX 580 or similar. I will add an ssd, and upgrade the ram to 8gb, and upgrade the CPU

I would like your opinion on these components. What settings would I be able to play games ans what FPS rates would I get. are there any improvements I could make within the budget?

I am buying my components from pccasegear.com and umart.com.au. All prices are in AUD

Thanks for the help :)

Massive mistake using the 9600,as already said it is literally a redesigned athlon.

That CPU will be way under-powered for Rx 580 anyway so you would have to change that too. See if you could squeeze at least R3 220og or 2400g.
Those A8-A10 processors are just old FM2+ CPUs made to work with AM4 socket and will not be any faster than on FM2+ motherboards.

I intend to upgrade to a ryzen 5 CPU, would that be more suited to an RX 580? what CPU/GPU do think is best for this build?

bit over budget but absolutely 100% worth it - you do really need 8gb ram from the off though if using integrated graphics.
