According to the suggestion of Solidworks document above: The rebuild process in SOLIDWORKS is inherently linear (parent/child relationship of features) and therefore can only use a single core. and the Single thread CPU benchmarks, I choose i5-8600k for my rig, here's the full list of components, do you think that's good to go ?
