Need advice on a £500 build.

So I'm planning to build a new pc and I'm on a tight budget. £500 would normally be around $760, but since there is 20% VAT and no rebates, it's more expensive here in the UK. So it's more like $650 to $760.

So yeah, thanks for taking the time to read this. I would appreciate any improvements or replacements of these products to make a better PC. I will be using this PC mostly for gaming, some recording and school work. The highest budget my dad said he could go up to was £1000 which was including the keyboard etc. So I can push it up to £700ish but it's not ideal. Sounds similar to something that I want to build. I'm waiting for haswell, to make my mind up of CPU however
