Question Need advice on a graphics card for a Dell XPS 8940

I have a Dell XPS 8940 that is about 3 years old. Its an i7 with 16GB RAM, and integrated graphics (intel UHD 750 I think). Looking for a basic card that will allow me to run fort_nite. The current configuration runs it, but can be slow sometimes. Need one with an HDMI and DisplayPort connectors for my 2 monitor setup (only use the monitor with the DisplayPort for fort_nite). The power supply is 360W, and from what I've read, is not upgradable.
I'm by no means an expert, but from what I've read online, I need a graphics card the doesn't require a separate power connector, so it gets all its power from the PCIe x 16 slot. Searching online, I see some cards that pop up are the GeForce GTX 1650 or RX 6400.

So a couple questions:
1) What would be the best card that doesn't need external power?
2) Do I need that "best" card for fort_nite?
3) Will any graphics card that doesn't require external power work in this PC, or is there other specs that would exclude it? I understand the power supply is not beefy enough to support high end cards.

Would appreciate any advice.

I looked and found that I have a 11th Generation Intel Core i7-11700.

A lot of cards will run Fortnite

"The recommended system requirements for Fortnite on PC include a Windows 10 or 11 64-bit operating system, an Intel Core i7 8700 or AMD Ryzen 7 3700X processor, 16GB of RAM, and a Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 or AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT graphics card."

In my experience a lot of Dell's have poor power supplies and you might need an upgrade if you run into issues. See what yours is rated for.

Thank you. This gives me a couple options. I'm going to check the connectors on my systems and see if these match up. Might allow me to get a better graphics card.
