Hello everybody,
I'm currently looking for a new monitor both for working (photoshop and some cad), and some gaming too.

After getting exhausted on google/youtube and other sites, I'm here to ask some advice.

What I'm looking for is:

  • IPS Pannel
    no more than 24"
thin bezel (need at least 2 for work, so thin bezel would be cool)
    VESA mount
low input lag (5-6 ms maximum)
    at least full HD (1920x1080)
    if possible, 16:9 ratio
    possibly, 10bit color (1 billion)
Budged: 200-500 $/€ would be cool. I can go up to 1000 if can't find anything in that range.

Thanks in advance for any answer

Alessandro

Hi, thanks for your answer, but it's 16:10 and 8 bit color, also bezel are quite big on this one.
AOC is good too, but still 8 bit color.

Indeed! Most production monitors are usually pretty ugly...lol.

Here is a good 1080p monitor from Asus that meets all needs except 10-bit color.

http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?O=&sku=917345&gclid=Cj0KEQiA6ounBRCq0LKBjKGgysEBEiQAZmpvA73Ftcgwa1MvF9nRFDj_9rLE9BcVrU2c0pW3nCHyv2saAoFa8P8HAQ&Q=&is=REG&A=details

Your price range will make that a hard feature to find.

BUT for about $1,000, you can get an ultrawide (2560x3440, 60 hz, 5 ms, 1.07 B color):

I'd say go with the ultrawide and just do one monitor, rather than two. That means ZERO bezel.

Thanks for the list, but those monitors are quite ugly looking... Seems really hard to find what i'm looking for :(

About the ultra wide curved monitor, i took into account the DELL one and the LG, and those are very interesting solutions, but only if i can't find a monitor that suits my needs...

Thanks everybody for partecipating.
