Its nice enough. I would get a slightly cheaper z68 board (unless you plan to buy an Ivybridge CPU in the next year) and a 500GB HDD then throw the saved $ at a small SSD for your OS and games.

Personally I don't see the point in buying an IB board and sticking a SB CPU in it. If you went with the ASRock Extreme3 z68 you could save yourself 30 bucks.

I'd upgrade the PSU to http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139020 It's just $3 more for 80+ bronze and 50 more watts, and you get a $10 rebate.

I'd definitely upgrade the card to a 7850 being that this is going to be a gaming machine. You said you didn't need a monitor but have one listed so I'm confused there. If you don't need the monitor then you can easily afford the upgrade.
