Question Need advice on new gaming pc build

Im looking to build a new gaming rig. I dont know how to tell what components go together. Im looking to spend 1500 give or take. I want ultra graphics, no blue screens or crashing, i also mod games so i will need plenty of storage, and no over heating. I need to know what components to get that will not conflict with each other. Also if possible i want it to look pretty with blue lights. Can anyone find me components and list them. Im going to be shopping on amazon also. Thank you very much

Just for the record, NO PC should do this unless there is something actually faulty.
