Question Need advice on single-slot graphics card

Hi! Need advice on a single-slot card that is better than this: https://www.newegg.com/evga-geforce-gt-740-superclocked-04g-p4-2744-kr/p/N82E16814487043.
I'm looking for a card that has better performance than the EVGA GT 740, a thin cooling system, and Windows XP driver support. Any suggestions?

for what reason do you want to do that?

So I could get a single-slot cooled GTX 750 Ti.. I don't think I can find single-slot cooled 750 Ti anywhere.

You can try, but prepare for the possibility of having ruined both GPUs. We're talking two different GPUs of different generations (Pascal vs. Maxwell); just because they superficially look similar doesn't mean everything's going to line up underneath.

try using the Quadro first. I have the feeling it should be enough for the XP games you have there.

only if you encounter an XP game that the Quadro can't handle.. then that's the time to try find a single slot 750ti.

Pascal? According to wikipedia, K2200 is Maxwell based, If I understand correctly.

I assure you, it is literally not realistic to find a single-slot cooled GTX 750 Ti.. At least in my region.

However, it still doesn't mean that the PCB layout underneath is identical.

well then, if put into this situation I would simply try first if the Quadro is enough. XP games don't really require much. So I can start gaming, and be saved from additional work.
