Question Need advice on upgrade options

I have
MSI B450-A PRO
Ryzen 5 5600X
16 GB DDR4 3000 memory
Just got Sappire 6800xt

Noticed i have constant 95% RAM usage in games, tried a 32GB 3200MHz Ripjaws set and got about 15-20% fps increase in my games but it was very unstable (BSOD or game crushevery hour) so i had to return the set. I still want to increase memory size but after some research noted i probably should upgrade to pcie4.0 motherboard able to do a 3600+ Mhz memory as well.
(thinking GIGABYTE X570 AORUS ELITE with Patriot Viper Steel [PVS432G360C8K] OR G.Skill Trident Z Royal Elite [F4-3600C16D-32GTEGC] (this one cost twice as much in local shop))

What are you thoughts? Is it worth to change MB or net gain wouldn't bemeaningful enought andjust changing to stable 32GB kit with 3200MHz would be good enought

Getting a stable set of 3200 ram will do the trick no need to waste money on higher speeds generally higher the speed the more latency you get not always but generally. And the faster speed doesn't do much it's more the available amount the system has to Access slower ram will yes cause some sluggishness but as long as you stick with moderate speed more or less you generally just need more....

Go with the 3200 kit.
Do get the proper bios.

I GOT YE THAT!!!! Go with a 5950X too in the future + I've got I suggest you first upgrade the BIOS before you do that + Go with the RAM first + Spelled mistakes and fixed it for you
