For the past week in half I've been searching and reading hundreds of reviews on various parts as I will be building my first pc to handle my new 4G TV this is the build I have come up with costing just above 2000 dollars
http://pcpartpicker.com/user/jerod/saved/WxjLrH
my question is will this build handle 4k and how well the TV I own is LG 55 inch 4k http://www.bestbuy.com/site/lg-55-class-54-5-8-diag--led-2160p-smart-3d-4k-ultra-hd-tv-black/5852039.p?id=1219165144607&skuId=5852039&st=5852039&cp=1&lp=1
Do I have the right build mainly I will be streaming 4k netflix and the few titles in 4k I can aquire also I do enjoy gaming mainly rpg's anywhere I can save money or anywhere I need to upgrade thanks in advanced for any suggestions or advice given

You have no business even considering AMD in a $2000+ build. You could afford an i7 4790k and it would outperform the FX9590 in every way. In i5 is all you really need if you are looking to cut costs.

i did some small adjustments to FX 9820 and out preformed the 4790k by 10%

in rl example i got 15 about more fps on bf4, bf3, arma, and others with the 8320, compared to thr i7

i7 4790k. and i did back to back testing two different pc

The i7> FX in all ways. There's no way your 8320 had a huge 15fps gain over the i7 unless the i7 was throttling or that test system wasn't performing properly.

@OP Considering Sky Lake for your build is a good option if you want the latest tech... Haswell is also great if you don't want to wait.

The past three generations of Intel desktop CPUs barely offered a significant performance gain. Sky Lake looks to be the same with the marginal 10-15% gain and better integrated graphics.

I really can't wait as my current build is seriously outdated I'm excited to game at 4k and watch my movies you really got me thinking if I do decide to covert to the i7 witch version is good and what board to use with it and will my other work with it as well
