my question is will this build handle 4k and how well the TV I own is LG 55 inch 4k http://www.bestbuy.com/site/lg-55-class-54-5-8-diag--led-2160p-smart-3d-4k-ultra-hd-tv-black/5852039.p?id=1219165144607&skuId=5852039&st=5852039&cp=1&lp=1
Do I have the right build mainly I will be streaming 4k netflix and the few titles in 4k I can aquire also I do enjoy gaming mainly rpg's anywhere I can save money or anywhere I need to upgrade thanks in advanced for any suggestions or advice given

You have no business even considering AMD in a $2000+ build. You could afford an i7 4790k and it would outperform the FX9590 in every way. In i5 is all you really need if you are looking to cut costs.
