Ok I have 450.00 to spend on upgrades for my system what do you think I should spend it on?

Here's my system now:
1. Asus B350-F motherboard
2. Ryzen 5 1600 cpu
3. EVGA GTX 1070 SC GPU
4 4x4g DDR4 16GB Ram
5. Coolermaster Liquid CPU Cooler
6. Samsung 500GB SSD
7. Samsung QLED 27' 144hz Freesync monitor
8. Astro A50 Gen 3 headset (May take back, not sure about these yet)
9. Audioengine A2+ speakers.

Looking for a performance increase in gaming at 2560 x 1440 the native resolution for my monitor.

Thanks in advance.

I'd overclock your CPU/RAM if you haven't already, doing so should get you around the 4ghz mark and give you a considerable bump in performance over stock. As for what to spend your money on there's not much I could see to improve the build, maybe add in a 1TB+ HDD for storage.

If you only have 450 to spend, you cannot really upgrade without a bottleneck, 1070 ti goes for around 400-500 and you still need a cpu upgrade which is another 200+ dollars. You could just get a 1070ti but the cpu will bottleneck it a little bit more than the 1070, which means it will be around the same performance as before, unless you sell your old parts I don't thing you will be getting any performance improving upgrades anytime soon other than faster or more ram. Sorry :(

option 1: keep your money, wait for the new gpu end of this year.
option 2: sell the 1070 for $250, and buy a 1080/1080ti is you are lucky
option 3: sell asus b350-f, ryzen 5 1600 for $200, get a 8700k and an asrock z370 ex4 mobo, oc it to 4.7-5.0 ghz.
