Hi everyone!

Since I've recently found on that my rig is pretty weak for OC, I'm planning to upgrade my 9 year old PC.

This is my current build:
Phenom X4 955 BE
ASUS AM3 M4N68T-M LE
CORSAIR VENGEANCE DDR3
PNY 240GB SSD
EVGA GTX 750ti SC
CM HYPER 212 EVO

PSU COOLER MASTER EXTREME POWER PLUS

I'll keep the GPU, SSD drive and CPU cooler for the future build. I'd use this PC only for gaming (in 1080p). My budget is u$s 400.
I've been looking around and I narrowed it to 3 options:

-B360 MOBO + i3 8100 + 16GB DDR4
-B360 MOBO + i5 8400 + 16GB DDR4
-B450 MOBO + RYZEN 5 2600 + 16GB DDR4
+ CORSAIR CX650M PSU

Could you advice me about which way I should go and which option is best value for money? I have certain preference for ASUS and Corsair when it comes to brands, but I'm open to suggestions.

Thanks in advance!

Solution
I'd suggest a SeaSonic PSU - I'd go with the second configuration
Corsair doesn't make their own PSU's, they buy PSU's from manufacturers and relabel them - the CX is the lowest line and it's a crapshoot to get a good one.

Do you think a Seasonic M12 II would be okay? There isn't a lot of options here in my country...
