you could just sell the cpu, ram, motherboard, and gpu. upgrade them, Also where do you live and how much the budget you will to spend?

Honestly it would be hard to sell pieces like this. I would rather sell then compelete staff to make it easier.ž

I live in middle-eastern Europe so prices might be little higher than in more western part of the world.

For example: rtx 2070 Windforce 2x 8G in my country is arround 440$, Ryzen 3700x is arround 250$. Idk if western is morecheaper than this.

My budget is arround 1300$

16GB is enough for now........ 3700X is amazing CPU and it is supported by your motherboard, you can update your bios to 4801 and your mobo is gonna support it then swap the CPU.

5600 XT is not that far from 570

I would suggest at least 5700 XT or RTX 2060 (preferably the nvidia).
You can go even for 2070 its amazing GPU.

It might be enough, but I am constalty hearing that 2400 is too slow...
