Need advices - $1000 pc build for work

I am going to build my first pc mostly for working.
I'm still using pc in my office but I need one at home for my freelance job (graphic design, animation, 3d modelling,...) This is the first time I build a pc and I don't really know if it'll have problems (compatibility, bottleneck,...) or not so I really need advices.

Do you already have the gpu? it's price was not listed in your pcpp list. Also, Ryzen cpus really like fast memory so getting something faster than 2400MHz would give more performance out of the cpu.

And, I don't have much knowledge about hardware but I really want to learn more. I found in the market 2133, 2400 and 3000MHz memory, Can you explain a bit for me? What is the differences and how faster memory will give more performance?
