Anything I would need to change to make it cheaper/more efficient?

Depends on what kind of games you're going to play with that hard drive. Generally, the green will have longer loading times. If you're going to spend money on a GTX 970 and i5 4690K, I'd spend the money on a black.

Looks good, if you are going to be install games on the HDD get a 7200rpm drive.
