need advise to choose between updarde PC or Laptop ?

hi , well i spend a lot of times with my PC , my work is web & Graphic Design and sometimes i use 3d software or after effect too

also i love to play games 1 hour per day

my old system is too slow for running new software and games now and i decide to upgrade it , i upgrade some of hardware like H.D.D and Power and case now

in First i decided to Upgrade 4 part of PC :
-CPU
-Ram
-Graphic
-Motherboard

with my budget i choose Corei7 6700k , 8 GB DDR4 ram , Z170 Pro Gaming Motherboard , ASUS GTX950-2GD5 Graphics Card


but my friend told me with this price why i not look at some laptops that have Strong hardware with the same or little bit price

for example : Lenovo Ideapad 700 (15") 700$

its corei7 6700HQ , 16 GB ddr4 ram , GeForce GTX 950M 4GB ram ( 2GB more than PC version)


Labtop have some benefits like portable i can even do my work when i`m in vocation or out of home ( its not very important option to make a choice , i prefer to have more speed and quality) , but i`m not sure for multi purpose which one is best for me

in past i believe that PC is always is better and can be upgrade all parts by myself , but when see after years the revolution and version comes for all parts and most of hardware's must change together ( like CPU socket , mainboard support , ram ddr2 > ddr3 > ddr4 ) i`m really debut that which one is good choice anymore


So it will be Great if anyone have some experience to work with both of them ( ** with the same budget ) and share it to me
