Something that doesnt have to be flashed for it to work with a 9800X3D

I'll be using a 4070 ti super videocard and will buy 64GB of ram

Affordable/budget is a relative term, what is your budget? Where are you located? Preferred site for purchase? ATX chassis?

You can look into a B850/X870 chipset board but practically all boards tend to have a BIOS Flash option to flash the BIOS without building your system and getting POST.

These motherboards will work out of the box with 9800X3D? No flashing?

Also, what RAM do you guys recommend for my set up? I'm leaning towards 64GB of it.

I'll be buying everything through Amazon.

Also, I currently have a "Be Quiet!" CPU cooler

I hope it'll work with my new build

I have the

be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4 250W TDP CPU Cooler | Includes Two Silent Wings PWM Fans | Intel 1700 1200 2066 1150 1151 1155 2011 Square ILM | AMD4 AMD5 | Black | BK022

This is the fan I have. I like it because it is super quiet.

It says AMD5 so does that mean it'll work with the 9800X3D which is AM5?
Yes, that one is compatible as long as you kept all the necessary hardware (assuming you used the cooler before).

If you can't be bothered to flash firmware or choose RAM, buy a DELL.
